You read people, tone, silence, the shift in temperature. You often carry the weight of your relationships, work, friendships, the fragile peace. Lately the quiet isn't quiet. Thoughts loop. The past finds its way back to the here and now.

This work goes to where that lives, in the nervous system, in attachment patterns, and in the trauma that still lingers, never finding a true stopping point. Where not enough stops feeling like the truth. Where relationships stop costing so much. Where something in you finally feels like you're enough.
I work with women shaped by trauma, attachment wounds, and anxiety. I'm licensed in Texas, Oregon, and Washington and offer online therapy across all three states. My practice is primarily online, though I also see some clients in person in San Antonio.
