You read people, tone, silence, the shift in temperature in a room before anyone else. You carry the relationship, the work, the friendships, the parenting, the fragile peace. Lately the quiet isn't quiet. Thoughts loop. The past finds its way here before you've decided to let it in.

This work goes to where that lives, in the nervous system, in attachment patterns, and in the grief that never had a place to rest. Where not enough stops feeling like the truth. Where relationships stop costing so much. Where something in you finally gets to rest.
I work with women shaped by trauma, attachment wounds, grief, and anxiety. I'm licensed in Texas, Oregon, and Washington and offer online therapy across all three states. My practice is primarily online, though I also see some clients in person in San Antonio.
